~ This position is primarily responsible for the coordination of the strategy development, program development, feature/service of the Owner Marketing activities. Increasing 1:1 customer marketing to deliver specific, actionable, and relevant message that produce higher response rate, increased retention/loyalty, drive parts sales and retailer profitability.
~ This position is also responsible for managing the scripts and production of How-To and Technology Understanding video’s that are delivered to the Genesis customer during the 1st 6 weeks of ownership.
~ This position is also responsible for providing various support functions to the CX Team and the inter-connected activities connecting Owner Marketing to Service Lane Technology (Online Service Appointments), Courtesy Vehicle Program (CVP), managing competitive insights and managing the budgets/purchasing process for applicable projects and ongoing program operations. Requires cross-division coordination, and communication of feature improvements and launches to the field and retailers.
~ Maintain department budget and manage supplier billings and agreements.
~ Supports HMA management and key stakeholders to develop, implement and operate the Genesis Owner Connect Marketing strategy with the focus on maximizing service retention and brand loyalty as well as increasing dealer/HMA parts sales. Documents and/or analyzes customer touch points and customer data to identify marketing opportunities. Coordinates system assessment, design, and implementation of necessary technology to supports data and system needs of the owner connect marketing area.Major Responsibilities
~ Manage the Genesis Owner Marketing program to develop 1:1 relationship marketing messages to deliver specific, actionable and relevant messages that increase service visits, parts sales, retention and loyalty.
~ Work with existing and perspective supplier(s) to develop and maintain necessary RFPs, Statements of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLA) etc. coordinating efforts through HMA Purchasing and Legal.
~ Monitor and report existing product performance and create necessary reports and PowerPoint to report to leadership. Continuously learn about competitor trends and perform necessary research and analysis to make recommendations for improved guest and retailer satisfaction.
~ Responsible for ad-hoc projects that require extensive use of consumer research data from proprietary and third-party sources (mTab, JD Power PIN, Urban Science, etc.)
~ Participate in product testing activities. Develop business requirements, test scripts and perform user acceptance testing as required.
~Create and maintain business documents including policies and procedures, desk procedures, manuals, and guides.Major Responsibilities (continued)
~ Maintain supplier agreements, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices. Facilitate processing and approvals with internal departments.
~ Maintain budget, including annual development, monthly accruals, ongoing monitoring, and reconciliation. Includes overall department budget and individual budgets for above programs.
~ Perform other duties and assignments as determined by management.
~ Provide full project management support for all day-to-day activities of Genesis Owner Marketing program. Analyzes additional communications opportunities and reports recommended communication options to management. Act as liaison between supplier and other HMA departments as needed, to scope out new project requirements.
~ Manage all dealer supplier invoicing, reimbursements and inquiries for field and retailers. Ensure timely delivery of monthly co-op billing for dealers advertising co-op accounts. Effectively communicate monthly budget analysis to executive level management, as well as other departments whose budgets are impacted by Owner Marketing programs.
~ Takes leadership role in developing business requirements, implementation, and maintenance of marketing platform to support all Owner Marketing customer touch point communications. Maintains active, up-to-date log sheet to track issues and enhancements and coordinates with management and IT as necessary.
~ Assists with defining and coordinating all aspects of the Owner customer touch point strategy across all media and communication formats.
~ Analyzes program data to determine ROI and effectiveness of campaigns and prepares recommendations for future program/system enhancements to maximize program results.
~ Actively involved in reviewing and testing of all new creative materials for Owner Marketing program, including email and direct mail design, layout, functionality, etc.
~ Initiates documentation and tracking of all communication materials thru HMA legal department review and approval.
~ Support all GMA/HMA, Division and Sectional goals.Authority
~ Oversee performance of suppliers and internal support departments (e.g., HAEA, HATA). Includes developing scope, monitoring quality, and ensuring delivery of goods and services.
~ Independently review and approve deliverables from suppliers and internal support departments, including but not limited to analysis, reports, presentations, and field and retailer communications. Involve department manager, as needed.
~ Interface with National, Regional Area management, Field and partner with internal departments to implement department programs.
~ Create, release, and pay departmental invoices through SAP.Education~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor’s degree preferred~ Master’s degree a plusRelated Experience
~ Five to six years of relevant experience, of which at least three years is directly related experience within the automotive industry.
~ Automotive telematics or connected consumer product experience a plus.
~ Two to four years experience in Consumer Marketing, and/or Service preferably in an auto industry environment.
~ Two to four years experience in Direct Marketing.Skills/Knowledge
~ Ability to work with all levels of management.

~ Good negotiation skills
~ High level of proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
~ Strong understanding of Internet of Things industry and mobile devices.
~ Periodic travel to support events, retailer activities, vendor monitoring, etc.
~ Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other windows-based computer programs. Web savvy.
~ Ability to quickly grasp data mining as it pertains to customer communication needs.
~ Must have analytical, written and oral communication skills.
~ Ability to work with many different personalities in a fast-paced environment.
~ Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
~ Excellent decision-making skills with defined judgement ability and maturity.Certification Required
