TheSales Account RepresentativeJob Responsibilities include:
Responsible for assisting the Executive Business Manager in growing major account sales in assigned accounts and driving success in defined target accounts by working with internal functional groups and the dealer organization. This position will be responsible for assisting with growing the relationship of assigned accounts and will utilize leveraging the HY-impact sales processes to assist the Executive Business Manager in generating unit growth. This position will work through the Executive Business Manager to assist with the management of day-to-day activities which will improve customer orders and customer satisfaction.
The SuccessfulSales Account RepresentativeWill Provide the Following Key Accountabilities:

Achieve New Unit Sales Objectives

Assist with activities which will maintain existing business and grow new unit sales volume to improve overall market share and profitability. Achieve result through effectively executing on account management activities.

Support the HY impact Sales Process as identified to assist with revenue growth in major accounts.

Responsible for assisting with driving key activities within the HYG and dealer organization to enhance response time to resolution for customer activities and to ensure improved customer satisfaction.

Integrate and understand assigned industry to effectively assist with the execute of key activities within the account development plan. Recommend key customer activities which will improve unit sales and relationships with customers and related territory dealers.

Develop relationships with dealer sales and service organization to ensure proper customer servicing.

Work with HYG internal functional team members and local dealer teams to ensure customer activities and request are executed with a sense of urgency.
TheSales Account RepresentativeMust Meet the Following Minimum Qualifications:
-
BS Degree in Business Management/related field.
-
Minimum of 5 years Sales experience. In lieu of degree, 8-10 years’ experience required.
Other Desired Attributes:
-
2 to 3 years’ experience lift truck or related industry

PC Skills

Excellent relationship building and communication skills, presentation skills
Additional Information:
Provide account assistance which will support achievement of sales objectives, and which properly represent the needs of the customer, make decisions regarding customer activities which increase customer satisfaction; make recommendations regarding account strategies and take actions as directed to execute account strategies; work within defined budget.
