We seek a TikTok creator that lives and breathes fashion, content creation and trends both in TikTok and in women’s fashion. The TikTok Content Creator is a key role within the Hypeach team driving this channel’s content strategy & innovation. We seek an experienced TikTok creator who is a natural leader and is comfortable taking the Hypeach channel to the next level in partnership with our Creative Director & Content Team. This individual will lead planning and creating TikTok content that is aligned with women’s fashion industry best practices on the platform, including trending sounds & themes.
Candidates MUST provide their TikTok handle in their application and MUST have experience creating content for women’s fashion in TikTok and this role will work under supervision of our Creative Director. Applications WILL NOT be considered without your TikTok handle included in your application.
This role can be part-time or full-time compensated hourly. Must be based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA for ease of access to our studio and on-site video shoots in both locations.
RESPONSIBILIITIES
- Collaborate with Hypeach Creative Director & collective Hypeach content team to plan & execute content creation
- Plan a forward-looking roadmap for TikTok and create on-going content for TikTok
- Collaborate with internal departments on projects and assignments
- Craft content that is consistent with Hypeach brand positioning, mission, and values
- Research industry and competitor trends and suggest new strategy and content ideas
- Develop and deploy growth & engagement strategies
- Attend weekly team content planning meetings to help manage forward-looking multi-channel content development strategy, planning and execution
EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience consistently creating TikTok content for women’s fashion
- Demonstrated creativity and awareness of fashion trends
- Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment independently & as part of a team
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Possesses a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive
- Comfortable working with different personalities, new people and subject matter experts
- Willing to travel locally in Southern California
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
