The range of tasks is wide and diverse; this includes recurring, critical daily/weekly/monthly accounting functions (e.g. accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, account reconciliation, etc.), financial reporting, and assisting the Office Manager with human resources compliance and processing duties and inventory management.
At the customer/distributor-level, business support activities include responding to phone inquiries, opening/logging mail and parcels, maintaining timely, accurate, and confidential files/records/reports and database entries, being fully accountable for account opening, servicing, payment and closing processes according to established company procedures and performing other duties, as assigned.
This is an immediate job opening that is chock-full of challenges. It requires excellent communications skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, acute attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and do new and different things. It also requires professionalism and business maturity, because plans frequently change without notice.
