Supervise /Initiate and direct projects for PLM subject areas to guide project staff and work with cross-functional teams.
Develop project plans and strategies along with business partners, prioritize initiatives and deliver results on time & on budget.
Partner with the Leadership team and customer stakeholders to successfully impact their technology roadmap.
Role and Responsibilities o Lead Support Area and define best practices for daily support and enterprise roadmap within business intelligence functional area o Collaborate with project teams, and develop guidelines and goals to measure team and individual performance o Define and cascade IT concepts and standards within your functional areas by researching and benchmarking industry standards o Maintain and manage relationships with internal and external business partners to ensure effective prioritization of products, systems and projects o Ensure Support governance and compliance with policies and procedures o Responsible of overseeing the performance of a technical support team, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
o Manage the managed Services support team, work as a horizontal across all the Application development teams to provide support and manage business expectations o Productivity initiatives, continuous improvement & Building and presenting project content to Stakeholders and HLT o Person must be ONSITE working & mentoring team on the day -in-day out activities Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent and/or certification may be considered in lieu of bachelor.

YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITHOUT A DEGREE Skills Minimum 6-8 years of experience in leading the PLM application team / managed services team Technology Skills Team Center, CPQ (Rulestream), Solid edge & SQL server Understand organizational metrics and their correlation to business success Establish strategic goals and enterprise-wide priorities Determine strategic direction around technology and product road mapping Anticipate problem areas and associated risk levels with objective rationale Familiar with creating IT Procurement documents and Statement of Work contracts, IT Risk Assessments, Business Strategy and System Architecture Drive communication with key stakeholders to resolution:
