We at Humanitec are building up our Customer Success team as our product gains more traction in the market. We are looking for Customer Success Managers to deepen our customer relationships and to develop customers into evangelists.
About Us Platform engineering is revolutionizing how enterprises build and run their cloud-native setups. Humanitec is at the core of this revolution, enabling teams to build Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and reach true developer self-service.
As Customer Success Manager , you will work with a category-defining product that solves real problems for our customers. You will help some of the world’s most renowned brands to build and roll out their Internal Developer Platform with Humanitec. This is an opportunity to join an industry-defining company that’s a leader in the space and to develop early customers into real evangelists for the product. You’ll work in a remote, dynamic environment at the forefront of B2B SaaS.
Salary range is $USD 50k – 100k/year OTE, with stocks as part of the package. Requirements:
Ideally, prior Customer Success and/or Sales experience dealing with DevOps stakeholders in the past
An affinity or familiarity with software is helpful
Customer-minded, always trying to provide the most value possible
Passionate about building long term and lasting relationships
A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
Fluent English skills, written and spoken
Preferably in time-zone EST (USA) Responsibilities:
Partner with sales team to ensure smooth transition and on-boarding experience and to bring in the sales team for upsell opportunities
Proactively build relationships with customers to achieve loyalty
Act as advisor to customers to ensure they’re leveraging the solution effectively
Monitor and identify usage trends to uncover renewal risks and support greater adoption rates
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Humanitec teams (support, product, finance, and legal) How to Apply We are looking forward to hearing from you. This first screening is followed by 2 interviews with the leadership team and your future colleagues/team members. Interviews are typically 30 to 60 minutes, fully remote, and without any take-home assignments. We will talk through your background, your approach to work, and dive into your knowledge. The final interview is with one of our founders to give you the chance to understand Humanitec even better.
