€ Provide leadership and technical guidance of accounting policy development and financial reporting for a growing organization that is looking to quadruple in the next four years
€ Responsible for technical accounting and SEC reporting
€ Own monthly financial reporting, prepare SEC filings and GAAP measures, prepare and distribute monthly statements, work with the accounting team to implement best practices
€ Report directly to the VP, Controller who is know for being a great mentor and setting direct reports up for success
€ Direct report responsibility leading a team of three
€ Flexible hybrid work schedule €“ 2 days remote / 3 days in office

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required and/ or similar related field
€ Big 4 or National-Firm Audit Experience
€ Bachelor’s degree in accounting required and/ or similar related field
€ CPA Required
€ 5
years of combined Public Accounting and Private Industry accounting experience
€ Experience in biotech, life sciences field desired, but not required
€ Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting required.
€ Public company SEC reporting experience in big pharma or biotech is a plus
€ Experience with Netsuite is a plus
