Recruitment Manager – Finance- Macquarie
We have a unique opportunity for a passionate Recruitment Manager to serve as a trusted partner to a finance business segment of an account within Hudson RPO Americas.
In this role, the primary responsibilities include stakeholder relationship management, management of recruitment staff, as well as requisition fulfillment for strategic/and or higher-level roles. You will be accountable to support recruitment delivery of the client’s contractual commitments and service level agreements. Also, you will be responsible to optimize recruitment delivery in an efficient, high quality, timely and cost-effective manner while using a continuous improvement approach.
You will
· Develop and maintain a partnership with the client ensuring a deep understanding of business goals and workforce plans.
· Hire, train, manage and develop staff in one or more onsite or virtual locations. Educate employees regarding recruitment techniques and specific role-based skills.
· Perform requisition fulfillment for strategic/and or higher-level roles on an ongoing basis. Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to meet recruitment needs.
· Ensure team members adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Understand client needs to manage recruitment activities within budget.
· Manage reporting that provides visibility, insight and status of recruitment activities and results.
· Work closely with the Account Director, ensuring that there is clear and frequent communication regarding expectations and results. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on recruitment processes and procedures.
· Network within the client’s industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and social networking sites.
You have
· A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
· A minimum of 3 years full cycle recruiting experience in the financial services industry required. Experience recruiting within Compliance, Risk, and Legal is preferred.
· Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
· Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
· Experience updating and organizing candidates in an ATS system
· Experience within the RPO model preferred
· Some limited travel may be required
