Day to day, you willConduct face-to-face tax interviews with clientsPrepare complete and accurate tax returnsGenerate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and servicesProvide IRS audit supportSupport office priorities through teamwork and collaborationYou will completeEight hours of paid training and the Tax Associate certification in addition to required new tax professional trainingTax Specialist Certification Exam by 1/31/2023It would be even better if you also hadPrevious experience in a customer service environmentSales and/or marketing experienceBilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!Perks of the jobBeing here has its benefits.

What you’ll bring to the teamAbility to effectively communicate in person and in writingExperience working in a fast-paced environmentSuccessful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course Must complete 18-hour continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
If the Income Tax Course (ITC) or Tax Knowledge Assessment (TKA) is passed, only 3 hours of continuing education would be requiredRequirementsAbility to work a minimum of 30-35 hours weekly throughout tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeksAbility to work in multiple locations within a designated group of officesHigh school diploma or equivalentAbout H&R BlockH&R Block’s purpose is simple:
