Property Manager

Prairieview Townhomes Macomb, Illinois

The Housing Authority of McDonough County is seeking a qualified individual to perform the duties of property manager for Prairieview Townhomes in Macomb, Illinois.

This position requires a person who is customer service oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills. Must be able to work independently and possess the skills to serve a diverse population. Strong mathematical and analytical skills are needed, As the property manager, you will process applications, move families in, enforce a dwelling lease, calculate rent, and assess the condition of the properties.

This position requires electronic and computer skills, proficiently with MS office and other software programs that are used by the housing authority. Prior experience in providing social services and/or property manager is desired.
