Customer Support Manager
Job Prerequisites:
Applicant must have a minimum of one year as an FE to qualify for this position. Additional qualifications include prior management experience, including; Sales, FSM, SQC, SQM, EIC, OM, VP, DM, etc., which would be a plus. Background experience level will help determine the salary range for this position.
Job Role Primary Objective: Growth and retention of assigned customer accounts.
Duties and functions will include Sales duties, client management, pricing and market share management, SQ management, Ops management, HSE management, and administration work for the Customer as necessary.
Job Location: Customer-specific for office location. Some CSM’s will have shared time between Customer supplied offices and HWS supplied offices.
Job Travel: The job will require 50% in the field visiting locations and 50% in the offices of HWS and the Customer.
Structure of Reporting: Primarily to the base District Manager, secondarily to all the functional groups (Sales, SQ, Ops, and HSEC). CSMs per base and units per CSM: Management will assign each CSM customers that will constitute a minimum of 2 units and a maximum of 6 units with a target of 3 units per CSM.
