Role Summary
The Crew Resource & Finance Manager is a subject matter expert performing a broad range of financial and analytical work supporting Horizon Air (QX). This individual contributor role defines long-term strategy for complex financial planning and analysis activities for the Flight Operations division and exercises considerable latitude and initiative to make or support decisions regarding crew staffing levels which have a direct operational impact.
The Crew Resource & Finance Manager will lead efforts to identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs and drive efficiency. This is an exciting, fast-paced role that is exposed to multiple areas within the organization and has frequent exposure to senior company leadership (including the C-Suite).
