About the Work:
The Director, Commercial Finance collaborates across all levels of the organization and will partner with the business to drive commercial discussions forward. You will operate as part of a globally distributed team that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role that is responsible for partnering with and supporting the Growth and Marketing Teams to provide financial guidance and creative problem solving that drive profitable growth for the Home Instead and Honor brands. This position will support P&L management including monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles and will be the finance lead on the execution of revenue and operating expense forecasting.
The Director will lead a team that provides support to drive insights, enable business decisions, provide oversight of financial performance measurements, help improve financial literacy across business teams and finance support to key commercial and externalization initiatives. This role will also be the finance owner of all non-Care and R&D OpEx.

Most of our positions are remote/work from home and do not require permanent relocation. As conditions allow, we have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA and Austin, TX hubs.
