You will play a meaningful role in managing financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. Key Responsibilities
Perform variance analysis of manufacturing sites
Key partnership with FP&A and Supply Chain operating teams
Financial projections, forecast accuracy, and analysis of variances
Analyze sourcing costs
Assist in material make/buy decisions
Drive productivity & profitability
Drive continuous improvement and use of digital tools
Timely month/quarter close
Drive compliance
Assist audits and enhance internal controls
Maintain process documentation
Other duties as assigned by manager
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience in financial analysis
WE VALUE
Relevant experience in FP&A.
Master’s degree in Finance or CPA.
Ability to present complex analysis with clarity.
Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
Knowledge of US GAAP Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal controls.
Good oral and written communication.
