Honeywell Connected Safety and Productivity within Connected Enterprise (HCE) has an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, based in Atlanta, GA.
The position s to the CFO of Connected Safety and Productivity.
In this high visibility role, you will serve as the finance leader for the Connected Safety and Productivity HQ entity and serve as a key partner to members of the Connected Safety and Productivity leadership team.
You will also support critical financial planning activities across Connected Safety and Productivity working closely with the broader HCE organization and be responsible for ing results and analyzing business performance including the preparation of executive level communications and presentations.
*Preferred location: Atlanta, but would consider Honeywell hub locations – Charlotte, Houston, or Phoenix
Key Responsibilities
Manage Connected Safety and Productivity headquarters costs and budgets
Broad-based accounting responsibilities (software capitalization, department expense, vendor accruals)
Critical role in planning cycle:
Strategic Plan (STRAP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
Forecast near-term financial results:
Short Range Outlook (SRO)
Establish clear, consistent ing and operating processes
Prepare and provide information for presentations for the Connected Safety and Productivity CFO
Partner with functional leaders to optimize financial results
Special projects as required
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
5 years of Finance Experience
2 years of FP&A
1 year of experience with enterprise software finance or SaaS finance experience
WE VALUE
Some financial systems and ing experience
Experience developing forecasts and operating plans
Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers)
Direct communication with clarity at all levels
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual
The ability to make consistent and timely decisions
The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues
Proficiency in Hyperion, and SAP systems
Knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power Point, Tableau
MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA
