As a Finance Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Productivity Solutions and Services Regional CFO of United States and Canada (US&C). The Finance team is responsible for all line items including billings and variable cost margins to channel marketing expense. Finance Manager responsibilities include various financial reporting and analysis, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. You will partner across the Industrial Automation (IA) businesses to help processes especially around month-end close, variance reporting, standard analytics, obsolescence etc. This individual will be responsible for providing key insight on decision-making and operationalizing annual, quarterly and monthly targets into an action-oriented plan. This role will be responsible for working cross-functionally to not only develop a plan to meet targets, but to roll up their sleeves and do their part in executing the plan to meet those targets.
Key Responsibilities
-Finance partner that advises Regional US&C CFO on opportunities/risk that impact financial performance of the business.
-Weekly/Monthly Management Reporting (including detailed analysis of revenue/Cost/Margin).
-Lead Forecasting Process: SRO, AOP, STRAP, Estimates and Pulses.
-Support End of Month journal entries and GFC oversight.
-Enhance and automate consolidation and analytical frameworks for more efficient, relevant and timely reporting; drive continuous improvement in reporting and information sharing processes.
-Develop financial models and metrics, and provide ad hoc data.
-Partner with Supply Chain, Customer Excellence, and Sales.
-Work independently and collaborate effectively.
YOU MUST HAVE
-5+ years of commercial Finance or FP&A experience (business analysis experience)
-Experience developing forecast and operating plans

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
-Good analytical skills (linking results to drivers)
-Experience developing forecast and operating plans
-U.S. GAAP Accounting background
-Direct communication with clarity at all levels
-Highly proficient in information technology financial applications particularly SAP, Hyperion, FDS
-The ability to quickly identify subtle patterns in analytics
-Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual
-Ability to make consistent and timely decisions
