The Communications Director will oversee the Social Media Manager, who will represent the Foundation’s brand voice on social media and within our change maker communities. Internally, they will act as a point of contact for team members who interact with our social media presence, as well as the lead social media content creator/facilitator. Success in this sector necessitates a deep sense of compassion as well as an understanding of how to communicate with people from all walks of life.
Responsibilities crucial
Develop and expand the Foundation’s social media profiles and presence, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and any other relevant venues.
Develop and implement social media strategies that support our communication objectives.
Create engaging multimedia content (and/or effectively outsource this) across different platforms and serve as a liaison with the Training Managers and other key stakeholders in the team.
