Holley Performance Products Inc Looking for Assistant Corporate Controller at Bowling Green, Kentucky Full Time

In partnership with the Corporate Controller, oversee all accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting functions
Ensure compliance with and prepare reports according to generally accepted accounting principles
Perform consolidations of multiple domestic and international entities in primary accounting system
Assist in establishing and maintaining internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
Oversee, monitor and work to improve accounting procedures and monthly closing processes
Work closely with Corporate Controller and department heads to identify any inefficiencies in processes and potential cost saving initiatives
Guide and assist other departments by clearly communicating current accounting policies
Own and maintain company credit card program and provide oversight of the expense reporting process
Coordinate external audits and with acquisitions and integrations activities
Lead and develop a high performing team in support of current and future talent needs within the accounting function.

Basic Qualifications (Education/Experience required):

Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
At least five years of work experience in finance or accounting
Advanced knowledge of accounting software programs, ERP systems and analysis tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Public accounting experience with CPA status strongly preferred
Experience in a public company, manufacturing setting strongly preferred
