The AGM is responsible for the direct supervision of all operations managers while maintaining positive relationships with staff through timely complete communications regarding areas of supervision individually and departments. The AGM will analyze departmental metrics and establish goals and action steps to achieve them within the identified length of time while ensuring a positive guest experience through quality and safety of the hotel product.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated proficiency as a successful leader with at least 3-5 years of hospitality experience. College degree or any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from college or any other combination of education training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities is required. Brand experience (IHG) preferred.
