Accounting Clerk is for you! THE DAY TO DAY:
Reconcile supplier invoices to PO’s in ERP program; Review, approve and reconcile freight carrier invoices; Process invoicing for domestic orders daily; Process order via supplier website; Attach all necessary documents to ERP program (customer purchase orders, credit card receipts, shipping docs, packing lists, sales confirmations, etc.
); Handle customer service requests via phone and email (SDS, W-9, tracking info, duplicate invoices, etc.

); Assist with past due issues & statements for accounting, vendors and customers; Process & distribute mail accordingly departments or people within the company; Prepare bank deposits bi-weekly; Process credit card payments; Scan accounting package bi-weekly for finance team; Provide support to sales team, management team & internal departments when necessary; General office duties:
filing, process mail, answer phones, record retention, order office supplies.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Relevant experience in a similar position; Must be well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work autonomously and be a good team player; Strong organization skills.
