• 10+ years’ experience in Accounting and Finance recruitment.
• Experience as a billings manager in this industry.

💰Package:

• Base: $115,000 – $130,000 (+ six figure OTE).
• Inherit team of 5, with an avg pph of $300k-$600k PA.
• Flexible overrides package, accessible from day one.
• With the business aiming to double HC next year, you will have significant scope to grow your team.
• 55% uncapped commission.
• Additional bonus.

🔸About the role:

This position will have you oversee the Accounting and Finance division for a prestigious recruiting firm in New York City, taking over a high preforming team of five from day one. Typically the individuals are billings between $350k – $600k per year.

The team are split into two locations, you will be based in the New York City office and responsible for three individuals, but also covering two employees who are based in their Austin office.

✔️You will be responsible for:

• Playing a role in doubling HC by next year.
• Conveying the company’s aims, goals and values at all levels.
• Leading your team to maximise their activity performance, improve service levels, and achieve their financial targets.
• Setting metrics in place for your team and keeping track of this.
• New business generation, gathering leads to pass to your team.
• Managing and nurturing existing client relationships.
• Being a part of the business growth strategy with an aim to double in headcount.
