Reporting to the CAO, the Manager of Equity Plans and Accounting is responsible for administration and record keeping of Higginbotham’s equity plans, including its direct ownership plan for over 1000 shareholders and its profit Interest Units (PIU) plans for its employee base of 2000 employees, as well as GAAP accounting.
