The Marketing Relations Manager is a highly motivated, self-directed, and skilled communicator with a passion for relationship building, community outreach, event planning, and lead generation. This is a position that relies on relationships, business savvy, and people skills and is a key member of the Practice leadership team.
· Collaborate, develop and execute marketing programs to promote the Practice.
· Maintain current relationships with practices and identify potential practices
· Strong understanding of practice services and products as well as business position and competition to keep practice competitive
· Develop, manage, and track marketing plan and budget in partnership with the doctor, PM, and CTS which includes but not limited to: doctor referral marketing, school/community partnerships, sponsorships, local PR, and events to deliver against new patient goals.
· Responsible for monthly reporting
· Collaborate in the creation and implementation of the annual promotional and event calendar.
· Perform lead generation through local branding, relationships, promotions and events.
· Oversee the planning and support of any grand opening, new doctors and anniversary events.
· Develop first-hand knowledge of market dynamics and opportunities by spending time in the market identifying potential business and corresponding marketing programs.
· Manage the ongoing local market competitive analysis and reporting.
· Collaborate with Central Marketing Team Support to develop and execute marketing strategy
· Submit and track all new vendor set-up, invoicing, payments, and payments Accounts Payable.
· Schedule and attend events within the schools, practices and community.
· Measure success of various marketing campaigns.
· Identify, develop and execute brand building areas
· Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
· Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand.
· May directly lead 1 to 2 direct reports in practice
· Collaborate with practice leadership, agency, and fellow marketing team to identify annual and quarterly goals and plans. Attend all practice meetings as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s in Marketing and/or 5-10 years marketing / community outreach experience
· 1-3 years of orthodontic marketing experience is a plus
· Proven ability to impact business growth through marketing efforts
· Travel to 5 locations + surrounding areas as needed
· Valid driver’s license
