The Finance Consolidations Manager is responsible for the Finance support and management for the assigned region. He/she will act as the finance business partner to assigned operational leadership. A successful candidate will demonstrate and have the capability to execute on the following competencies:

• Coaching and developing operations talent.
• Driving collaboration amongst indirect s and business leaders.
• Planning and organizing
• Financial Acumen

Key-result areas:

1. Primary on month-end deliverables and ing cadence.
2. Support financial system related projects
3. Core deliverables for his/her regional organization include: Profitability analysis and improvement, Business Planning, Management ing, Variance and trend analysis, Internal control policy, Operational Finance Training, Ad hoc ing, Special projects

Knowledge:

• Financial Planning & Analysis in a dynamic and highly charged environment.
• Identifying key metrics to drive performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Partnering and positively driving financial performance through operational teams
• Financial management of organizations with location in multi-state geographies

Skills:

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong background with Hyperion/Excel/Oracle

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of five years of experience in financial management.

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in accounting/finance
• MBA preferred
