Hers and His Plumbing Florida Looking for Call Center Manager at Remote Full Time

Currently, our Palmetto, FL office has an immediate position available for a Call Center Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works with Management team to direct company as it pertains to call center
• Managing all functions of call center and dispatching department
• Runs CSR/Dispatcher meetings
• Updates CSR/Dispatch handbook when necessary
• Trains Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers
• Hiring and terminating employment for Customer Service Representatives and
• Dispatchers
• Maintain all functions as described in the CSR / Dispatcher job description
• Works with PEO to manage all facets of Human Resources
• Works with recruiters to process new applicants through company pre-employment systems
• Works with management to be sure all employees are provided appropriate new hire as well as ongoing training
• Maintains employee files and works with managers to ensure all employees files are up to date with periodic reviews
• Assists leads in employee corrective action meetings and documentation
• Assures system is followed for all employee terminations

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of making customers happy and exhibiting a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor
• 3+ years in a management position
• Call center and/or dispatch experience a preference
• Ability to multitask well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer software scheduling knowledge
• Multi-phone line system experience
• Must have great attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
• High School diploma or GED
