Project Management & Process Improvement:
Work closely with leadership teams to determine areas for improvement, assists with developing training and track performance.
Monitors best practices and procedures for changes and adjusts the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation to ensure it is implemented.
Supports the broader Supply Chain team with the design, tracking and overall management of specific programs designed to support the collective ability to delight our customers by delivering orders on time, in full, with no damages.
Provides monthly program status updates to management and cross functional stakeholders.
Assists the team in staying current and compliant with Herr s policies, procedures, and standards.
Supports the development of new Supply Chain Processes and Procedures to support achievement of key performance indicators (KPI s).
Assists with Supply Chain general business reporting – information gathering and forecasting
Supports and assists with Supply Chain s Productivity Initiatives
Identifies, develops, leads and executes projects for improvement.
Leads change management within departments.
Leads cross-functional collaboration within the organization for process efficiency.
Provides support for training initiatives such as 5S and Lean 6 Sigma.
Active raw material portal and WMS subject matter expert for Supply Chain team.
Create and manages documentation of Processes and Procedures and provides appropriate training.
Provides education and training to other Supply Chain employees
Fosters an effective and productive team environment
Provides efficient, accurate and effective administrative support to the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree w/ business-related major required- a major in Supply Chain strongly preferred.
Microsoft Office Excel-advanced skills required.
Familiarity with business related software, ERP programs preferred.
Some exposure to MS BI tools is desired.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute is strongly preferred. If candidate does not yet have this qualification, s/he will need to attain it within one year of assuming the position.
Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience, Skills
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with 5 years in project management preferred.
Surface knowledge and experience with audio/video systems. Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical projects.
