YOUR ROLE
Lead development of financials for commercial innovation of New Brands, Brand Relaunch and Line Extensions through partnership with cross functional teams to deliver comprehensive financial impact and perspective
Drive profitable commercial innovation through rigorous analytical insights to optimize product portfolio
Support strategic initiatives with robust analytics to facilitate and influence decision making Lead Post Project
Reviews to evaluate ROI and provide a platform for future innovation
Support Beauty team ad hoc analysis and special projects
YOUR SKILLS
BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required, MBA preferred
Min 7-10 years of Finance Experience in a consumer products organization
Complete understanding of financial statements and financial processes
Ability to proactively engage stakeholders to identify risk and opportunities and develop value added solutions
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams including managing dotted line relationships
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with proficient skills with other Microsoft Applications
Highly motivated and curious – not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
Knowledge of SAP and business warehouse systems
The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
