Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for
- Providing leadership across the company’s M&A activities
- Developing existing relationships and building new ones with investors
- Leading client meetings and pitches; and providing strategic advice and proposals
- Other ad hoc tasks required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree Holder in Business/Accounting/Finance
- MBA highly preferred
- Background in Investment Banking/Private Equity preferred
- Fund raising and client pitching experience is a must
- Full deals experience is mandatory
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
