Some of the responsibilities on your plate will include:
· Run point on the budget process from A to Z while partnering closely with the CFO and all operational leaders across the org chart
· Partner with operations to help them develop a more comprehensive understanding of how they are performing, and what drivers are causing their success or stagnation
· Constant flow of ad hoc projects directly from the CEO and CFO tied to the company’s growth strategy including headcount projections, business unit forecasting, industry benchmarking and trend analysis
· Lead the company’s accounting team and oversee the close and reporting process
· Cross train with other leaders in finance and operations, allowing you to back them up and vice versa, creating a more cohesive / collaborative leadership team
