As a Senior Account lead, you would be responsible for handling some of the most exciting and complex client accounts. To be a successful Senior Account Lead you’ll need Health Care insurance knowledge and experience. A demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with both clients and internal partners. We need someone with a great desire for working hard to manage our most valuable accounts, being hungry for growth and opportunities, always eager to jump in and embrace the challenge.

THE POSITION
Senior Account Lead Responsibilities

• The applicant should have the ability to learn our Healthcare Reporting

Software while working with a variety of clients including Third Party

Administrators (TPA), Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM), General

Agents, Brokers, and plan sponsors, etc

• The ability to multitask and coordinate between different vendors effectively and efficiently
• Understand and stay up to date on current and evolving Healthcare reporting requirements and guidelines.

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Answer client day to day questions and interactions
• Be comfortable dealing with healthcare data
• Have competence with data integrity/remain HIPPA compliant at all times

This is a remote position

Requirements

A successful candidate will have:

• Excellent personal computer skills such as typing, use of Microsoft

Excel, and can quickly learn new software programs

• Great customer service and communication skills
• Be organized, task oriented, fast paced learner, and trustworthy in a work from home environment
• Have experience working with CRM software to manage clients
• 2-3 years of experience working in the HealthCare Industry or HR administrative environment
• Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of contacts at all levels of a business
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human

Resources or related field

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
