We are working with a hospice start up on the Northshore to find a Marketer. The employee will be responsible for developing and executing our online marketing plan, business development and relationship building campaigns.

Key functions performed in this role:

• Community Relations Strategy and Execution
• Develop relationships with healthcare organizations
• Establish and identify new prospective organizations
• Create strategy to build brand awareness and loyalty
• Strategically create and implement integrated marketing campaigns to develop new business
• Manage and execute marketing initiatives, especially for online marketing efforts
• Measure and report on the performance of the marketing activities and identify improvement opportunities * Web Site/Digital
• Use social media platforms such as LinkedIn etc to Connect with prospects
• Refine keyword strategies to optimize search rankings, increase traffic, and generate inbound links from high-authority websites
• Monitor web analytics to identify what works and what needs improvement, and to develop strategies to increase traffic and leads
• Develop and implement social media strategies, track metrics, and integrate the best tools and practices on those platforms.
• Develop content for social media, such as blogs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related communications field
• 2-3 years relevant work experience
• Social Media Management knowledge
• Excited to work in an environment that is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and creative
• Persistent but able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers
• Highly effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Must have own transportation as occasional travel is expected
