The Marketing/Admission Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director and in collaboration with the other marketing and admissions team members, Social Services Manager and Director of Nursing to facilitate the marketing efforts with potential residents, family members, responsible parties, referral sources and others as well as the admissions process. The Marketing/Admissions Coordinator is responsible for actively marketing the facility, building a strong working relationship with hospital case managers, families, and the community. They are responsible for coordinating the entire admissions process, working with the Director of Nursing and Business Office Manager to ensure all pre-verifications and admissions tasks are completed.
