A Day In The Life
The District Manager will handle day-to-day operations while building and executing a strategic plan to improve the guest experience and instill a culture of positivity and growth within their teams. They are expected to develop and mentor a bench of future leaders, support growth initiatives within the brand. They lead their restaurants to strong financial performance in revenue growth and cost controls. The District Manager Provides strategic vision, oversees the restaurant leadership team, and provides guidance to General Managers to achieve short and long-term company objectives.

The innovative concept combines chef-driven food and an elevated cocktail program with a next-level, brunch-centric atmosphere complete with social-media-worthy wall art and rotating guest DJ’s and turntables on the weekends.
