• Define and implement Global Integrated Supply Chain (GISC) KPI’s to drive attainment of AOP and strategic initiatives.
• Implement daily and weekly KPI reporting throughout the GISC organization to drive better visibility of spend and control of costs.
• Act as financial advisor to the global GISC team in interpreting financial results and variances, identifying root causes and implementing counter-measures.
• Partner with regional operations and finance leaders to identify and drive operational and financial improvement initiatives in the regions, including but not limited to working capital, margins and costs.
• Measure and track progress against GISC productivity initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to reduce and minimize excess and obsolete inventories.
• Partner with the V.P. GISC and other operations leaders in the development of the SIOP, quarterly forecasts, annual operating plan and LRP.
• Coordinate physical inventory and cycle count processes across the division.
• Coordinate the development, monitoring and analysis of manufacturing labor, overhead and surcharge rates and material standards to ensure costs are appropriately stated for management reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with project management, GISC, engineering and accounting teams to ensure POC project cost forecasts and costs incurred are accurately reported to enable accurate revenue and gross margin reporting and forecasts.
• Assist with the development of capital budget and capital spending requests.
• Analyze reported monthly results, including variance capitalization requirements.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong cost accounting background
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing
• Experience in a highly engineered product environment
• Experience with POC accounting
• CPA, CMA or Masters degree a plus
• Experience with ERP system, ideally LN or Baan
• Ability to write in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to build professional relationships
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
