Handle, Inc. Looking for Research Account Representative at San Francisco, CA Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented individual with an attention to detail and an eye for detail to join our research team. Use our tools and procedures combined with your research experience, knowledge of construction and property ownership to secure lien rights on all types of construction projects. Accurately determine property ownership, legal description, general contractor, and lender/bond information construction projects to help secure lien rights.

• Manages accounts and evaluates reports daily.
• Work closely with clients to complete requests within state specific timelines.
• Accurately processes and records in document notes all research steps and any other pertinent information.
• Develops positive working relationships with clients, all personnel, and outside organizations through professional conduct and communication.
• Researches and effectively utilizes information regarding ownership history of properties.
• Attention to details
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexible thinking.
• Ability to work independently and take a proactive approach to perform job duties.
• Assists with duties/projects as needed/required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of call center experience or 2 years related experience
• Knowledge of preliminary notices strongly preferred
• Computer skills including the use of MS Office Programs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management
