Purple Eagle Spas is master franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas. We have grown from $1 million in annual sales in 2019 to over $10 million this year. Our five year projection is to grow to over $100 million in sales and 50 locations. In addition, our spas are consistently in the top 10% in the Hand & Stone system (out of 500 locations). We currently have a Multi-Site Director/General Manager position based in the Chicago area. As an Area Manager, you will oversee multiple locations in Chicago and other states with an organization of 100-200 employees. The GM will provide leadership, coaching, development and direction to Spa Managers and their teams. You will also be responsible to ensure financial success of your locations. This position will travel 25-30%.

Duties
· You will have P&L responsibilities for 4-10 locations
· Provide leadership and develop talent at the spa locations
· Team Building including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling
· Build a sales culture for the front desk staff
· Drive corporate initiatives
· Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members, guests and employees
· Meet monthly, quarterly and annual membership, product and gift card goals
· Working various and changing days and hours (weekend days, opening and closing required)
· Expect to work 50+ hours a week
Job Requirements:
· A track record of developing people
· Strong sales track record

· At least five years’ experience managing large teams
· Experience managing multiple locations
· A passion for people and sales
· High level of enthusiasm
· Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
· Some Retail or sales experience with “membership based” sales model is a huge plus
· Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
· Relevant and successful experience in a hospitality, spa, retail, or fitness setting while holding a position of responsibility
