Assistant Finance Operation Manager
The Assistant Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the Finance Operations Manager with the day-to-day accounting responsibilities. You will assist in the preparation of monthly doctor’s payroll calculation, developing and maintaining lease schedule for all properties, managing of the corporate credit cards, helping with new practice integrations, collecting insurance information, and other accounting responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing AP account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close process.
Maintaining corporate credit cards, and monthly expense reporting.
Reconcile rent payments monthly.
Assist in new practice integrations.
Responding to information requests and assisting with the preparation of documents for audits.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Assist with processing doctor’s payroll monthly.
Prepare schedules as requested by Finance Operations Manager, i.e., lease and Fixed Asset Schedules.
Maintaining insurance schedules for property and liability.
Able to multi-task and meet established deadlines.
Assist with the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
Additional job tasks as requested by the Finance Operations Manager, VP of Finance or Executive Management
Tracking budget expenses, attention to detail, thoroughness, organization, analyzing information, accounting, vendor relationships, PC proficiency, data entry skills, general math skills, highly ethical.
Required Skills & Abilities
College Diploma or in the process of completing within 1 year or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting and/or general office practices.
Proficient with Intacct, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, standard filing procedures, telephone etiquette, and standard office equipment.
Ability to deal with confidential matters.
Organizational skills.
Willing to learn other software systems.
Able to multi-task.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Base Compensation: Competitive, market based, bi-weekly payroll.
