We seek a key member of our leadership team, ready to dive in, roll up their sleeves and help build a world-class company while driving financial strategy and operational excellence. You will be crucial in shaping the company’s growth trajectory, ensuring financial health, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to strategic decision-making. We are seeking a player coach ready to build their bench.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s growth objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage cash flow, treasury, and risk management strategies. Assist in fundraising activities and manage investor relations. Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline operations to enhance efficiency and scalability. Implement best practices across various departments.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to shape and execute the company’s strategic vision. Provide financial and operational insights to support decision-making.
• Performance Management: Establish KPIs and monitor performance across finance and operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and operations team. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Support leaders in Talent Acquisition and growth.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance and operations roles in SaaS, travel or meeting technology sector preferred.
