Grapevine Technology is an Information Technology recruiting firm focused on quality candidate placement with high profile client companies. This full time employee role with a financial services company in New Haven, CT which will Lead a Process Improvement Role within the IT group but will work heavily with the business areas to champion process automation.
The Automation Lead will provide the strategy and vision for process automation, while challenging organizational thinking for new automation operating models. As lead, you will manage the Center of Excellence (CoE) team and ensure an effective and aggressive approach to implementing process automation where it brings value to the organization. In this role, you will drive RPA adoption and lead the operational management of the virtual workforce.
This individual will be strategic, resilient and will engage with personnel throughout the organization. You will work with various business and technical units as well as consulting groups to support the delivery of process automation services. A robotic consulting firm does the development.
Should have a background in automation products like Blue Prism. Would also be helpful to have a good knowledge of basic insurance administration systems. Will need a strong knowledge of project management methodologies – Agile and Waterfall therefore a PM background is helpful.
You would work remotely while the company is concerned about Covid issues. However, when the company reopens you would work on a hybrid schedule most likely and be expected to be in the office as required. They will consider an outstanding person from outside of the the CT area, but prefer someone who can commute to New Haven as needed.
