I just received a call from the CEO of one of my clients that focus is developing organic and research proven fertilizer products for growers, farmers and even my home garden. He shared with me that they are looking for a Regional Account Manager, that will focus on building a territory of growers and dealers in the Northeast. They are looking for a value and consultative sales rep that in not afraid of building a territory for scratch, bring new innovative and research proven products to the region.
This company is looking for a someone with 3 years of proven successful ag sales experience that holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop Science or Related degree. They would also like someone who has a strong knowledge of fertilizer and crop protection for fruits, vegetables, greenhouse, or turf. This position will require extensive travel (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, DE, PA, MD, OH, WV, and VA) it ideal that a person lives near an airport for travel requirements that exceed a reasonable driving distance.
