JOB DESCRIPTION: Personal Lines Account Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main functions of this position are to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to providing quotes to prospective and existing customers; coordinating any issues that arise on quotes and binding insurance coverage.
SALARY: 40,000-80,000
Skills/Qualifications:
- Requires 3 or more years of experience servicing Middle Market accounts
- Ability to work Independently
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and underwriters
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
- Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to make recommendations specific to client needs
- Proficient in AMS 360, Epic or TAM
- Familiar with microsoft office, word, team, excel and zoom
- licensed in property and casualty
