Finance and Operations Manager

A polymers resin trading company in the United States that is part of a global organization with over 30 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, is looking for a Finance and Operations Manager that will be responsible for the operations, accounting, and administrative tasks in the company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the logistic and any other operation involved in the distribution of plastic resins within North America.
  • This includes manage and coordinate third party warehouses and transportation, optimize the distribution of the resins while keeping the service level to our customers.
• Responsible for managing the import and export processes
• Be a resource to the region applying a solid understanding of accounting guidelines, control processes, and systems (financial and agency management) to a variety of business scenarios
• Collaborate with board members
• Analyze financial details to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.
• Responsible for managing the administrative tasks in the office, including HR, IT, etc.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of Operations and Financial Management experience
• Result oriented person
• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to self-manage day to day tasks, prioritize effectively
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization
• Must be currently eligible to work in the United States.
