Function: Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment, the Slate CRM Administrator will have a leadership role in providing training, support and vision for the creative and effective use of technologies to achieve the enrollment goals of both the undergraduate and graduate divisions of the College.
With the goal of providing an exceptional experience for prospective students and their families along with those at the College who support them, the Slate CRM Administrator will have a deep knowledge of the College’s CRM (Technolutions: Slate), its integration with the Student Information System (Jenzabar) and with related recruitment platforms such as Front Rush, ZeeMee, Transferology, YouVisit and others.
Having a passion for process improvement, the Slate CRM Administrator will regularly seek to optimize enrollment processes and ensure data integrity.
Description of Duties and Tasks:
Essential Responsibilities:
* Building data imports and importing data into Slate
* Creating and maintaining reports, queries and outreach campaigns
* Building and maintaining portals
* Designing, supporting and maintaining communications flows, events and trip management
* Coordinates with the IT strategist on end of year cycle prep and yearly application and checklist updates and any data, prompt, field or systematic changes.

1. 2. Understanding and enthusiasm for the value of a Christian liberal arts education
3. Bachelor’s degree. Preference for bachelor’s degree in computer or data science.
4. Broad knowledge of college programs, activities, and opportunities
5. Two or more years’ experience with a CRM and/or demonstrable aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
6. Competence in using Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, SQL, JavaScript, PowerBI, CRM (Slate preferred), and enterprise database software.
7. Passion for process improvement, innovation, data integrity, attention to detail and persistence in researching and resolving data inaccuracies and process breakdowns.
8. Two or more years’ work experience in admissions, marketing, sales, public relations, or related fields is highly preferred.
9. A valid driver’s license with at least two years of licensed driving experience (if under 25years of age), the ability to rent and drive a car, and access to your own vehicle for transportation to and from Gordon College.
