Goodwin Recruiting Hiring for Finance Manager for Restaurants at New York, New York, US Full Time

A finance manager is needed for a National Restaurant Group based in NYC. This position is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple restaurant concepts / locations.

Finance Manager Requirements :

• Assist with the preparation of weekly / monthly financial statements.
• Analyze company data including budgeting, forecasting, hourly labor efficiency
• analysis, menu / pricing analysis, etc.
• Assist with producing long term business plans based on company data. Implement reporting processes to minimize financial risk.
• Ensure all investment and financial activities are compliant with industry laws.
• Provide input on company financial and investment decisions.

Finance Manager Qualification :

• 5+ years’ experience in Accounting / Finance position, preferably at a hospitality group or
• hotel
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with an ability to draw meaningful conclusions
• about restaurant operating models.
• Proven experience in finance management, including complex inventory, cost
• accounting, A / R, and A / P structures.
• Extremely detail-oriented self-starter, thorough in checking their work.
• Experience with Ctuit / Avero / Hot Schedules / Triple Seat / CI / TY a plus
• Ability to take on multiple duties, and special projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent ability to communicate well with colleagues.
• Position is mostly remote but must have the ability to work in person as needed.
• Must be able to travel to all assigned locations up to 10% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
