Our multi-national client is looking for a hands-on Finance Director to join the senior division of their leadership team. You will provide financial insights and projections to the finance and operations teams, as well as oversight on purchasing and accounting.
Finance Director Responsibilities:
- Manage all ledger transactions, including accounts receivable and payable functions
- Set, monitor, and enforce accounting policies
- Prepare monthly journal entries, statements, and account reconciliations, including payroll, accruals inventory/COGS, depreciation, and prepaids using general accepted accounting procedures
- Develop forecasts and budgets and project capital expenditures, personnel costs, and P&Ls
- Perform additional duties required to support the growth and interests of the organization
Finance Director Requirements
- BS in Accounting or related preferred OR a combination of education and experience
- 10 years of accounting within the manufacturing industry
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Advanced Excel skills, experiences with QuickBooks and SAP a plus
