LOCATION
This is a remote position (living in-market is preferrable).
About the Role
Account Executives are responsible for developing business opportunities to meet and exceed company’s annual operating plan by engaging with and educating prospective customers.
_ Day-to-day, this means: _
Prospect new business opportunities through identifying, engaging, and educating prospective customers
Conduct advanced discovery to gain an understanding of prospective customer problems and aspirations
Effectively align GoodJob solutions to the identified business objectives
Represent the GoodJob brand at industry and customer events which may include trade shows and conferences.
Prospect, log, and manage opportunities using our sales CRM (HubSpot)
Manage a sales pipeline and monthly sales forecast as well as activity tracking within our CRM
Work closely with the Customer Success team on the expansion of business from pilots to ongoing business and expansions
Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics
Other duties may be assigned outside of the scope of this job description, as the business needs require. All employees are expected to be team players and contribute to the team needs.

_ Your experience should include: _
Tenured (3-5 years experience) sales professional with a proven track record
Previous experience performing relevant job duties
Consultative approach to customer engagement
History of consistent quota achievement in a SaaS sales organization
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms preferred
Tech-savvy and a quick study when presented with new software tools.
Self-driven + results-oriented
