Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Risk Management, Mathematics, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Master’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Risk Management, Mathematics, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Must have three (3) years of experience (with Bachelor’s) OR two (2) years of experience (with Master’s) with the following: performing analytical review and reporting of performance returns against benchmarks, targets, and estimates along with analysis of variances; performance calculation methodology and the factors that would impact the fund’s and account’s profit and loss (P&L); microsoft Office Applications, including Excel for running macros; automating data checking processes and performance reporting processes; fund and Account P&L performance characteristic calculations including tracking error, sharpe ratio, and information ratio; refining the performance review process using data/formula excel functions and automation tools; communicating and presenting performance calculation and related performance factors to portfolio managers, relationship managers, client service teams and senior management teams; and utilizing institutional asset management business sense, such as fixed income investment philosophy.
Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this Jersey City, New Jersey, United States-based position is $122,000 to $148,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
