Glassdoor is looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Engagement team. The Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the tech stack that fuels our efforts across the B2B and B2C marketing organizations.
As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Engagement platforms such as Marketo and Iterable, and ensuring operational efficiency across all data integrations. You will support governance, process, and consultation to other users of the platforms, ensuring consistent health and hygiene of the database.
The ideal candidate is a self motivated, methodical and results oriented, with an outstanding eye for detail and highly organized. You’re inquisitive, and willing to learn new things and dig deeper than the surface to find reasons behind common processes! In addition, you enjoy working on cross functional projects with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
Base Salary Range*: $99,000 – $149,000+
Annual Bonus Target**: 10%
Generous Restricted Stock Units (RSU): ***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, RSU grant awards are presented bi-annually to exceptional performers.
