Process incoming payments, adhering to financial policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including data verification, classification, computation, posting, and recording of accounts receivable data.
Prepare invoices, bills, and bank deposits to facilitate seamless financial transactions.
Conduct reconciliations of the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring precise recording of all payments.
Address billing discrepancies and resolve client issues promptly and courteously.
Assist in ensuring timely invoice payments by sending reminders and communicating with clients.
Generate comprehensive financial statements and reports to provide insight into accounts receivable status.
Requirements

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or business accounting is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry and a strong numerical aptitude.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheet software and accounting tools, including Sage 100.
Excellent written, verbal, and business communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
