The Opportunity
We are in search of an accomplished, forward-thinking, and analytically adept Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). In this pivotal role, you will spearhead financial strategies across our organization, encompassing the formulation of annual operating plans, facilitation of monthly forecasting procedures, and steadfast support for financial planning and analysis. This role entails direct collaboration with leaders throughout the company, contributing to forecasting, scrutinizing operational outcomes, and fortifying growth trajectories.
This is a managerial position with oversight of a team of highly skilled FP&A analysts. You will be a prominent member of our Finance team, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of FP&A. Join us in our mission to further elevate!
Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate company-wide financial processes, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial reporting.
Engage in the development of long-range plans, including the construction of an annual planning framework and financial operational model.
Cultivate and maintain models with sensitivity analyses, considering internal and external factors to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and growth.
Collaborate with business leaders to devise and prepare long-term financial models.
Organize and scrutinize data to identify and elucidate trends, challenges, and underlying causes.
Analyze recent performance and trends through the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Champion financial planning initiatives to enhance FP&A processes and facilitate scalability as our business expands.
Provide support for future endeavors related to exploring, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and due diligence.
Assume leadership responsibilities for a team of FP&A analysts.
Qualifications
A minimum of 7 years of finance experience, including substantial FP&A exposure.
Essential Experience In People Management.
A collaborative team player, inclined to confront challenges, refine analyses and processes, and innovate solutions.
Strong analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of numerical data, trend identification, and the direction of modeling exercises for deeper business insights.
A high level of financial acumen and an acute sense of financial responsibility.
Proficiency in analyzing and reporting financial data, encompassing knowledge of sales and operational KPIs.
Advanced collaboration and communication skills, spanning written and presentation proficiencies.
Preferred experience in private equity (PE) or within a PE-backed company.
Proficiency in Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) is a valuable asset.

Salary Range
$180,000.00 – $200,000.00
Location:
Presence is headquartered in New York City, with clients located throughout the U.S.
This position is remote and based in the United States, with occasional travel requirements for internal and external meetings.
This position reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, Head of FP&A.
All employees are expected to be available on-camera during our Core Working Hours, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
